Why I Created This Training

Hey, I'm Coach Cappy.

Over the last 25 years my wife and I have owned a full-service restaurant, a fitness studio, and a digital marketing agency. The restaurant ended in disaster, the fitness studio took forever to become profitable, and my agency is finally thriving - but it didn't start that way!

I know the challenges that come with owning and operating a local business... payroll, taxes, operations overhead, and the absolute necessity to have a steady stream of clients to pay all the bills!

I've been stressed, overworked, and gone without paying myself so I could pay my employees and keep the lights on. I've been on the hamster wheel of constantly chasing customers, paying for leads, and wondering why nothing ever "worked."

It took 23 years to figure out that running a business didn't need to feel this way. I accepted it, though, because I bought into the lie that most local businesses fail, so just keep going and you'll eventually make it!

Then everything changed.

Last year I discovered something that completely shifted how I approached my business. It wasn't about working harder or spending more on paid ads to get leads. It wasn't even focusing on getting "better leads," because I found out the "leads" weren't the problem.

It was about becoming obsessed with my ideal client's pains, and then designing a customer journey that would cause them to chase me, instead of the other way around. Once I understood this 4-step system, and fixed the costly mistakes I was making, everything changed.

Customers started coming to me. Sales became predictable. I stopped worrying about how to find more customers and simply created an environment where they could find me when they were looking for my services. And for the first time in decades, I could breathe.

Now I teach this system to local business owners just like you.
